Wait, so Who is this guy?

Jamey Baumgardt (he/him) is a Pacific Northwest native, born and raised near Seattle, Washington. He studied literature and creative writing in junior college, received his BFA in painting and drawing from the University of Washington, and is currently a creative writing MFA candidate at UNR Lake Tahoe (expected August, 2025). He lives in Boise, Idaho with his husband and their Australian shepherd, Indie, and can often be found in his art studio at the GEM Center for the Arts or tapping away on his laptop writing his next novel.
